You are entitled to use the House solely for the general purpose of your Membership under the terms of your Membership Agreement, including the House Rules and any other regulations, guidelines, directions and policies, as made and/or amended from time to time, at the sole discretion of the management.
No unlawful, immoral, offensive, improper and/or prohibited activity is allowed at the House and the House management reserves the right to evict any person found engaged in any such activity, which is without prejudice to the right to pursue legal recourse against any offender.
Z house reserves the right to approve or disapprove of any use of the House or your member space that does not comport with the ethos of Z house, House Rules and any and all applicable regulations, guidelines, directions and policies as made and/or amended from time to time, at the sole discretion of the management.
The House is not open to the public and is for the exclusive use of the Members, subject to the Membership Agreement, House Rules and any other regulations, guidelines, directions and policies, as made and/or amended from time to time, at the sole discretion of the management.
You will need your membership card/key to access the House.
Only Work Club and Work Suite Members may use the House address to receive mail and other small deliveries, which will be distributed to Members on a regular basis. Following any termination of your Membership, you are responsible for having your mail forwarded to your new address.
The House may extend a courtesy hold of your mail for a short time in its sole discretion but is not obligated and will not be liable for any failure to do so. Should your package be too large to deliver, we will notify you immediately. Packages will be held for a maximum of 5 days after which, packages will be returned to sender and/or disposed off. The House is not responsible for storing mail or packages.
The patrons of the House who wish to seek day membership will not be provided any membership card/key and will be granted access the House premises by the personnel at the Reception, subject to payment of the requisite fee. The services and facilities available to such members will be detailed by the Reception.
The membership of the House under the other categories will be subject to the Membership Agreement, which detail the services and facilities available to the members, as per the membership category availed. Such members will be provided a membership card/key to access the House premises.
Your membership card/key is for your use only. If your membership card/key is lost or stolen, please immediately notify the House to request a replacement card/key. Additional or replacement membership card(s)/key(s) are available at a cost detailed in the Schedule of Charges document available at the reception.
You acknowledge that membership card(s)/key(s) (including, but not limited to, keys, key cards, key fobs and other such items used to gain physical access to the House) remain the property of Z house. You remain responsible for the safekeeping of all such House property provided to you pursuant to your membership and shall be liable for replacement fees and any related damages should any such property be lost.
If you have a Work Club or Work Suite membership you, and each Team Member identified on the Schedule of Members will also receive an access card/key.
You shall not attempt to (or allow others to) gain unauthorized access to the servers located at or serving the House or any content of any other Person.
You shall not attempt to (or allow others to) gain unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Our community thrives on shared values of privacy and respect. While we encourage active participation in social media, please don’t photograph, tag or otherwise discuss others within the House without their permission.
Videos, calls, music and presentations cannot be played through laptop or mobile device speakers at any time except in booths or conference rooms with doors closed. Please use headphones.
Out of respect to your neighbors, please keep all conversations at an appropriate volume level.
For marketing purposes, the House reserves the right to photograph or video Members while in the House. Should there be a photo or video shoot in the common areas of the House, all Members reserve the right to decline being photographed or filmed.
Photography by Members and their guests at the premises must adhere to the privacy of others at the premises. Please refrain from using pictures of the House for your company website or otherwise without written approval from the House.
Z House proudly announces that it is a safe space for ALL. We use all our resources available to make sure that we are inclusive in every way possible. Which means that we do not tolerate any discrimination against any genders, sexualities, races and such.
Neither you nor your guests may use the House, or any services and facilities offered to conduct or pursue any activities prohibited by law or for which you or your guests are not authorized (including the downloading of music, software, movies or any other activity that violates intellectual property laws). You will be strictly liable for the activities of your guests.
You agree not to conduct any activity that is generally regarded as offensive to other people, such as involvement in hate groups and/or their ideologies, activities involving pornographic or sexually explicit materials or obscenities, whether written, oral or in any form or medium known or to be created.
No harassment, sexual or otherwise, will be permitted in the House. Any such harassment will be immediately reported to the General Manager. If the General Manager or other House personnel find in their sole discretion that a complaint is justified, the offending party’s membership may be immediately terminated in the House’s sole and absolute discretion, without any refund of Membership Fees.
You agree not to conduct any activity that may be illegal and/or hazardous to other persons in the premises.
You agree to refrain from any activities that may be disruptive, including, but not limited to, acts of a disorderly nature or excessive noise. No speakerphones may be used outside enclosed booths or conference rooms.
You may not upload any files that contain or may contain viruses, “Trojan Horses,” worms, time bombs, candlebots, corrupted files, or any other similar software, whether known or unknown, that may damage or disrupt the operation of any House service, facility, system or equipment, or that of any other member or third party licensed to be present at the premises. No weapons of any kind are permitted in the House. Possession of weapons in the House is grounds for immediate termination of Membership without any refund.
The placement of promotional materials is not permitted.
No smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is allowed in any area of the House, including outdoor terraces and rooftops, except in designated areas.
All Members and their guests are obligated to abide by the House’s smoking policy then in effect and to all applicable no-smoking governmental laws, rules and regulations.
You agree not to bring additional furniture, appliances, furnishings or decorations into the House or install satellite or microwave antennas, dishes, cabling, technology or telecommunications lines in the House without the prior written consent of the House management. Such consent may be withheld at the House’s sole and absolute discretion.
You acknowledge that carts, dollies, and other freight items may not be used in the passenger elevator or stairwells except by appointment made with the General Manager of the House, at their discretion.
You agree not to store property or materials in common areas or hallways, other than the assigned or rented storage cabinets.
Outside food and beverage is not permitted in the the House. Food and beverages may only be consumed at the designated space(s).
All members and patrons are required to have current profile and contact details, including recent photo, phone, email, home and billing address on file. You agree to promptly update your membership profile information by notifying the House management of any changes to your profile and contact details within 24 hours of change. Your current information is required in order to receive notices from us. The House will not be responsible for any missed communications due to your failure to comply with the above and non-compliance is grounds for termination of your membership and privileges to use the Premises, services and facilities being provided by the House.
Please utilize the cabinets storage provided for all paperwork, files, office supplies and other personal effects.
In an effort to preserve our aesthetic environment, we please ask that you keep your space neat and free of refuse. Please maintain the location of desks in their original layout.
To preserve the finished surfaces of the facilities, please maintain all artwork, posters, hanging papers and other decor only on the pin board panels provided, and please keep glass panels flanking either side of door clear of any writing, sticky notes, shelving, or other decoration. In addition, we ask that you not hang any items from the top horizontal support frame of office enclosures.
You will be provided with a task light for each desk by the House, and additional lights are available upon request. Please contact the General Manager of your House for more information.
Unless required for medical reasons (and approved by the House), chairs for your use will be provided by the House.
The name of your company will be identified by an adhesive sign provided and installed by the House, if permitted.
All other décor not listed above will require approval from the House. Please contact the General Manager for more information.
You are permitted two (2) guests for three (3) hours at any time during the day. Guests may not stay for more than three-hours, unless pre-authorized by the House team. Guests who remain in the House beyond three (3) hours will be asked to leave.
Conference room attendees may stay for the duration of the meeting.
Your guests must sign in and remain with you at all times. Guests are not permitted into the House unless you are present.
Members can face suspension or termination for the following:
- If a guest attempts to enter with a Member’s card/key without the Member present.
- If guest(s) does not follow House Rules.
- Unauthorized/excessive stay at the premises.
In the event of any dispute arising as to the meaning or interpretation of these rules, the matter shall be referred to the House management, whose decision shall be final.
Violation of the Membership Agreement, House Rules, regulations, guidelines, directions and policies of the House may result in termination of membership, eviction from the premises and reporting such conduct to appropriate law-enforcement agencies (if deemed appropriate). You are responsible for the actions of all persons that you, your agents, assigns or invitees allow or invite to enter the House. You, your agents, assigns, and invitees acknowledge that at no time shall you or they allow a party unknown to them to enter the House and that such action may result in the termination of the Membership
Please be respectful of the House and your fellow Members/Guests/Patrons when on premises. Gym and similar attire is not permitted, and shoes must be worn at all times. Please advise your guests of these standards before their arrival; you are responsible for ensuring your guests abide by the House Rules.
